What property & maintenance services do you offer in London?
London Property Services offers daytime support with construction, renovation, maintenance and property improvements, including project management for all residential and commercial properties owned by private customers or managed through a management agency.

Do you offer emergency repairs to properties in London?
Yes. Our emergency property services run from 5:30 pm – 08:00 am every day, including weekends and bank holidays.
Our emergency team are experienced in troubleshooting problems with residents to avoid any unnecessary call-out charges too. If we deem the issue to pose a risk to any persons residing in the property, we will appoint an engineer to attend the same day.
I’m a landlord, can you help with maintenance services on my properties?
Yes. Can you repair my boiler?
Yes. We can carry out a host of boiler services including emergency boiler repair. Whether it be initial investigations, part replacement or a full boiler replacement, our team are on hand to help.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. If we are not required to carry out any labour, estimates are free of charge. For investigatory callouts, such as locating a leak, we charge a standard call-out fee. We believe in complete transparency though and will ensure all costs are disclosed before attending your property.
We are also pleased to offer a free price match service subject to a site visit.
